2. No guaranteed results

Trading forex, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, indices, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss. We do not guarantee any specific result, profit, or win rate, and past performance — including any published signal performance history — is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other members.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscription access is granted only after we verify a bank transfer payment through our checkout system. Submitting a transfer or marking a payment as sent does not activate your subscription — activation occurs only after manual admin verification. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Copy trading and third-party links

Any copy-trading configuration or broker link presented on Tala Beck is a referral to a third-party service. Tala Beck does not manage funds, execute trades on your behalf, or control third-party broker platforms, and is not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or admin systems you are not authorized to access.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish signals or premium content without permission.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass other members or staff.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tala Beck and its team are not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, signals, analysis, or third-party broker services.
